It was such a lovely experience and very enjoyable! I did not know before that tofu is so versatile and can cook that many flavorful dishes from it. Morimi san is such a lovely lady who is welcoming and patient throughout the lesson. The cooking steps were easy to follow and at the end of the class, we enjoyed the delicious meal together. I have already got all the ingredients and looking forward to recreate it myself at home!

We had a lovely being with Bruce. Through him, we got to meet fellow patrons of the Yatai we visited. He was kind enough to share his take on Fukuoka and Japan, as well as the nice food we had. A very nice evening.

The tour was very informative, and we enjoyed picking tea leaves. There's something special about eating something that you picked. The food was incredibly gourmet.
