With the help of your local host, you will learn to make pasta from scratch and cook it according to our local recipes. Our host will teach you about the regional traditions, culture, and history. You will make your dough from scratch and learn how to work it to shape it in traditional ways. Once ready, we will cook it according to local recipes and enjoy our meal all together in real Italian fashion!
