In this experience we will delve into the world of cacao and Mexican chocolate. We will begin with an introduction to its origin, history, and diversity, to understand how the different varieties and transformation processes give rise to different flavors and aromas.
Afterward, we will have a tasting of more than 15 cocoa and chocolate presentations, including different types of chocolate and bars with different ingredients. You will also learn how we transform cocoa and the differences between the traditional way of working with it and the European style processes.
You will enjoy two house drinks and a sweet surprise at the end of the experience.
The experience is designed for those who are beginning to discover the world of cocoa as well as for those who want to deepen their knowledge of its flavors, processes, and culture.
The house drinks contain dairy. If you have lactose intolerance or do not consume dairy products, please let us know at least 2 days in advance so we can make the necessary modifications.
