In this guided tasting, we explore the soul of Chiapas coffee, from its origin in the mountains to the cup. The tour begins with aroma: floral, fruity or chocolatey notes invite you to close your eyes and get carried away. Then, the palate becomes the protagonist, distinguishing shades of acidity, body and sweetness in each sip. We learn to identify flavor profiles, recognize the quality of the bean and appreciate the art behind each roast. Fun fact: Chiapas is one of the leading specialty coffee producers in Mexico, and many of its farms are certified organic and fair trade, ensuring not only exceptional flavor, but also a positive impact on coffee communities.
