Discover the authentic flavors of the Oaxaca Isthmus in an interactive cooking class in Huatulco with Flavors of Mexico. Learn to prepare delicious seafood dishes and traditional recipes from the region, using fresh ingredients and ancient techniques.

Guided by an expert, you will master the preparation of seafood toast, Isthmeño tamales and local sauces, highlighting the unique flavors of the Isthmus, with smoky, spicy and citrus notes.

More than a class, it is a trip through the gastronomic culture of the Isthmus of Oaxaca, where you will know the history behind each dish and learn to select the best ingredients of the local market.

We adapt the experience to different diets, including vegetarian options. Take with you not only recipes, but the true taste of Isthmian cuisine.

Welcome to Flavors of Mexico! In this culinary experience at Hotel Casa Ceiba, Huatulco, you will immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine with a practical and fun class. – Let’s get to work: You will learn to prepare traditional Mexican dishes with fresh ingredients and authentic techniques. Our chef will guide you step by step, sharing secrets and the story behind each recipe. Cuisine and culture: Discover the unique flavors of Mexico while cooking. You will know the cultural and regional importance of the ingredients we will use. Enjoy and toast: During the class, you will enjoy two drinks included (can be a cocktail, beer or soft drink). In the end, you will taste the dishes you prepared in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
