Enjoy a 4-course menu including starter, pasta, main course with side dish, dessert with drinks included (water, selection of red and white wines from Apulia cellars and coffee). This experience is held by Cesarine: Italy’s oldest network of 1000+ home cooks all over the country in more than 500 cities. They are passionate and welcoming hosts that open the doors of their own homes to curious travellers for immersive culinary experiences.

• Connect with local people: meet the local host at home, you will receive the exact address once the booking is completed. Our Cesarine are located in Brindisi and its neighbourhoods • Attend a private show cooking before lunch or dinner: assist your host with the preparation of your meal and learn the secrets of the Brindisi recipes (1 hour) • Taste an authentic Brindisi 4-course menu including starter, pasta, main course with side dish and dessert and drinks included (2 hours). • Enjoy a selection of red and white wines from Apulia cellars: our local hosts offer only wines of the territory. • Drink a real Italian Espresso like Italians do

Delicious Italian meal

Mimma demonstrated the preparation of a 4 course meal which we ate together in their garden. It was very informative and enjoyable. Our hosts were welcoming and organised. The conversation was very interesting. We fully recommend this experience.

From cooking to eating to fast friends!

Claudia and Giuseppe were so warm and welcoming! We got to have a tour of their farm and see all the different fruit trees lemon, olive apricot. They make the most delicious jams with them; we tried Nespole. What can we say about the fresh delicious food ! It was some of the best we had with so many things to try! Good conversation, Great food, Amazing setting.

Had an amazing experience with Claudia and Giuseppe, their Villa just outside of the City was an amazing setting for a terrific dinner with homemade pasta and jams. A full Italian Four Corse meal, so much food, make sure you come hungry. They provided an interpreter to ensure we had a great conversation as well as a great meal.

Unique and amazing experience

My husband and I had an incredible evening with Mimma! Her and her husband were very friendly and hospitable and taught us about traditional dishes from their region. The food was delicious and the company was even better. Would highly recommend!!
