The experience will begin with a guided tour of the vineyards, at almost 1000 meters above sea level, flanked by a real lava flow: here you will discover the secrets of this territory and the history of Terrazze dell'Etna. The walk in the vineyard will then take you back to an ancient millstone of 1700 restored by the Bevilacqua family, which tells of ancient and rooted traditions. Finally, there will be a tasting of 3 of the classic method sparkling wines (Rosé Brut 36 Months, Blanc Brut 36 Months and Blanc Brut 50 Months) + a fourth classic method in comparison from another wine region.
