Next, visit a family-run winery to learn about the region’s signature sparkling red — Lambrusco. Toast to tradition with a guided tasting among the vineyards. Finally, explore an Acetaia (balsamic house) to discover how Modena’s “black gold” matures over decades in wooden barrels. The day concludes with a relaxing 3-course lunch (starter, pasta, dessert) at a winery or balsamic producer before returning to Bologna.
