Description
Good to Know
Fresh pasta, bubbling marinara and a laid-back brewery setting? Grab an apron and get your hands in the dough. You’ll start by combining flour, eggs, olive oil and sea salt, then learn how to knead, roll and cut the dough into fresh fettuccine. After that, you’ll cook up a flavorful marinara using tomatoes, garlic, basil and red pepper while learning how seasoning and cooking time transform simple ingredients.
Your handmade pasta goes into the pot, gets tossed with the sauce and is finished with Parmesan for a satisfying final plate. Whether you’re completely new to pasta-making or already know your way around a rolling pin, the step-by-step guidance keeps things relaxed and approachable. Come ready to cook, connect and eat well.
A fun, hands-on 2-hour cooking class led by a talented local chef.

Step into a lively local brewery and get ready to make pasta from scratch. You’ll mix flour, eggs, olive oil and sea salt into fresh dough, then learn how to knead, roll and cut it into silky fettuccine. Next, you’ll simmer a bright marinara with tomatoes, garlic, basil and red pepper, picking up practical tips for balancing seasoning and building flavor.
Once your pasta hits the pot, you’ll toss it with the homemade sauce and finish it with Parmesan. You don’t need pasta-making experience—just curiosity and a healthy appetite.
With guidance from a chef boasting more than 35 years of food-service experience, you’ll cook, chat and enjoy your handmade meal in a relaxed brewery setting. Store-bought pasta may need a little rethink afterward.
