During this gastronomic experience in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, travelers will participate in a practical workshop where they will know the process of making brioche bread and still bread (Per season) and the traditional preparation of pot coffee. Participants will then receive the materials needed to make their own bread, learning the basic process of preparing, kneading and explaining ingredients. While the bread is being prepared, the pot coffee experience will take place, where travelers will know the traditional ingredients such as Chiapas coffee, cinnamon and piloncillo, as well as the form of preparation that gives it its characteristic aroma and flavor.
