Osaka Cooking Class: Wagyu Roast Beef with Wasabi Sauce

Roast beef, but make it Japanese! During this cooking class in Osaka, you’ll use the renowned Japanese wagyu beef and sinus-clearing wasabi to make a roast beef dish that’s anything but basic. Besides the succulent domestic Japanese beef, this Osaka cooking class also includes recipes for classic Japanese miso soup (using Yoko-sensei’s homemade miso paste), two side dishes, and a Japanese rolled omelet. An experienced culinary instructor, over the course of 5+ years, Yoko has taught 1,200 students both in Japan and abroad in London and Dublin. Yoko is a multilingual nationally licensed tour guide, and can share her knowledge in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, having lived in China for a year and a half.
