On this tour, local ramen expert Hiroshi will guide you to two of Tokyo’s best ramen shops. Born in Kitakata, one of Japan’s top three ramen cities, Hiroshi grew up in a family of ramen makers and has spent his life exploring hundreds of ramen eateries across the country. He even created an English-language map app, “Ramen Beast,” to help fellow noodle lovers discover top spots. Hiroshi has also worked with Michelin-starred restaurants, training staff, and sharing his expertise.
During the tour, Hiroshi will share fun tips, insider trivia, and the history behind Japan’s beloved noodle bowls. You’ll try a rich, hearty ramen at one shop and a lighter, delicate style at the next.
