We are Giuseppe and Valentina and we are young winemakers. We started making wine in our cellar in 2014. With our tour we want to offer you a unique experience different from all the others, in fact you can create your own bottle of wine to take home with you! This is what we offer: -Guided tasting of three different wines. you will be guided in the olfactory analysis of wines, comparing the smells present in the wines with those of some flowers, essences and fruits that will be provided - light lunch with Sicilian appetizers, first, second course and dessert - Bottling, capping and labeling of a bottle of the chosen wine. you will be able to customize the label with your name and date of the visit, in order to have an indelible memory of the visit to the cellar

A day in the life of a winemaker - 2 hour tour Our family of six adults spent a very pleasant morning with Giuseppe and his young son enjoying the taste and smell of the various wines made across the four wine estates. We've enjoyed other tours but Giuseppe provides the grapes to taste, the finished wine (plus an almost finished red from his Barrel) and by using his aromatherapy kit, the various scents that you can smell and taste as you drink the wine. Great family winery, fun couples experience

We booked a wine tasting with food pairing. All very good. Relatively recent cellar. The guy who explained how work happens prepared and precise. We were so well impressed that we even bought oil wine and some products. Recommendation this winery.

Exciting new winery

Valentina and her brother run this relatively young winery and it was very impressive to us to see how much they’ve invested into their project. We very much enjoyed the wine tasting paired with delicious Sicilian antipasti while listening to Valentina tell us lots about the process and about the grapes of the region. Very worthwhile!
