In this hands-on class with Chef Jesse, you’ll learn how to make fresh, colorful sushi rolls from scratch in a fun and approachable setting.


The class begins with perfectly seasoned sushi rice made with rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Then you’ll layer, roll and slice two signature creations. First, make a spicy tuna roll filled with sushi-grade tuna, avocado and spicy mayo wrapped in nori. Next, create a veggie rainbow roll with cucumber, carrot and avocado for a fresh, crunchy finish.


Chef Jesse guides you through practical techniques for preparing sushi rice, rolling sushi, handling ingredients and improving knife skills. The atmosphere stays relaxed and beginner-friendly, making it easy to follow along.


You’ll leave with practical sushi-making skills and a plate of handmade rolls ready to enjoy.
