Go beyond a typical cooking class and spend four hours learning the craft of vegan ramen in a real Tokyo restaurant. Guided by professional bilingual (English and Japanese) ramen chefs, you'll discover the techniques behind creating a deeply satisfying bowl of plant-based ramen entirely from scratch.


This intensive, small-group experience covers every stage of the process, from making fresh noodles by hand to preparing rich, umami-packed vegan broths using original recipes.


You'll also learn to make handmade gyoza, gaining practical skills and personalized feedback throughout the class as you work with professional-grade kitchen equipment.


After cooking, sit down to enjoy a feast of freshly made vegan ramen and gyoza paired with a complimentary welcome drink of beer or sake.


Photos taken during the experience help preserve memories, and guests will receive a secret souvenir, plus a comprehensive recipe booklet and a cooking e-book to take home, making it easy to recreate the dishes in their own kitchen.
