Amazing evening. Jess was not only knowledgeable but also such a great storyteller, bringing us all into the stories and history of whisky and Scotland. Particularly enjoyed the guest appearance from her dog! The choice of whiskies was excellent and has introduced me to a new favorite. Best thing I did in Edinburgh.
Graham gave a very nice introduction to scotch and Scotland. He was entertaining, informative, and took the time to get the know the whole group, including their opinions of the scotches tasted. We could have easily spent two more hours at the tasting!
I have been on other more commercial tours of whiskey. This was an opportunity to hear from a local about the different regions producing whiskey and the nuances of each. Graeme was highly personable and kind. Would recommend.
