What a wonderful experience! Everything was clearly explained and conducted in a friendly and welcoming environment. It was a real learning experience, and you got to eat your handiwork when you were finished. The host explained and demonstrated everything first and then let's you do it on your own. Very authentic and highly recommended!

A wonderful hands on experience of learning how to make sushi. Step by step explained and you try out so you soon feel comfortable with the techniques involved. Yuki is a very good guide, getting you doing so you learn and encouraging you to go further. She gives very good pointers on how to vary the fish taste as well as doing each step effectively. She is calm and relaxed and demonstrates each step before supporting you in doing it yourself. She is also a wonderful source of knowledge in relation to sushi possibilities. Plus she gives very useful advice on appropriate knives to use. A very valuable and enjoyable experience.

Me and my friend attended a sushi-making class today, and it was absolutely fantastic! The instructor was knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through each step with clear explanations and helpful tips. I learned so much—not just about rolling sushi but also about selecting ingredients, knife techniques, and the cultural significance of different types of sushi. The hands-on experience was fun and engaging, and the end result was delicious! Whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking to improve your skills, I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in Japanese cuisine. A truly enjoyable and educational experience!
