In this hands-on Sushi Cooking Class, you’ll dive into the art of Japanese home cooking while learning to make several types of sushi, including nigiri, gunkan maki, and maki rolls.


Your professional instructor will guide you through every step, from preparing perfectly seasoned sushi rice to slicing and rolling like a pro. Alongside your sushi, you’ll make juicy, sizzling yakitori chicken and a comforting bowl of miso soup with tofu.


By the end of the class, you’ll enjoy a sweet dessert and take home the recipes to recreate your new dishes for family and friends. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn about the history of Japanese cuisine while gaining practical skills and confidence in sushi-making.


With hands-on practice and expert guidance, you’ll leave ready to prepare sushi like a seasoned chef.


The menu includes nine pieces of nigiri sushi, two gunkan maki, one maki roll, two yakitori skewers, miso soup with tofu, and dessert.
