Tempura is a deep-fried dish of battered vegetables or seafood (usually fish or shrimp). In this class, you'll learn from friendly host Max, a restaurant owner and Japanese food enthusiast who will teach you how to perfect your tempura-making skills to enjoy this comforting food anytime.

Max's class is not just about cooking, it's about experiencing the full spectrum of Japanese cuisine. Participants of all ages and cooking skills are welcome in his spacious kitchen, with a great view of central Osaka.
