Restaurant Details
Everyone's favorite up-and-coming chef, Daisuke Tsuji is the mastermind behind the creative, original dishes of Convivio. With his past experience in Italy as well as his own passion for the Japanese culinary craft, Tsuji mixes things up each month by changing the course menu depending on the available seasonal ingredients.
While the decor of the restaurant might not look like much, Convivio wants their dishes to take the main role — especially the signature dish, the cacio e pepe, a pepper and cheese pasta delight.
Convivio doesn't have a la carte options, and you can pick your preference from the chef's specialty course menu or the classic Convivio course menu — both of them available during lunchtime and dinnertime. With ingredients either locally sourced seasonally, or directly imported from Italy — including olive oil, cheese, and cured meats — Chef Tsuji is always passionate about creating new and exciting dishes for his guests each month.
Anticipate an all-improved dining ride each month with new flavors and ingredients only available at Convivio!
