The menu at Ristorante Honda features rich flavors and luxury ingredients, as in the fantastic carbonara with truffles. Special care is also taken in preparing their tomato pasta, with two different types of tomato blended in the sauce.
The flavors are distinctly European — rich and powerful — but the ingredients are all Japanese. The owner-chef takes great pride in the use of local ingredients, and shows how compatible the local produce of Japan is with these delicious European dishes.
