Tucked away on a street in a residential area in Setagaya, Fiocchi fills the streets with the mouth-watering aroma of Northern Italian cuisine cooked in its famous kitchen. The calm and elegant ambiance of this Piedmont cuisine specialty restaurant is ideal for a classy evening out.
From his experience of living and training in the outskirts of Pinerolo in Piedmont, owner and chef Ryo Horikawa channels all of the skills and knowledge he gained into the creations of his dishes. Using the finest selection of ingredients as well as constantly evolving and improving cooking techniques, Horikawa applies a variety of cooking and seasoning methods to bring out the true Northern Italian flavor.
Their much-raved-about fiocchi dish is the restaurant’s specialty, which Horikawa mastered during his time in Piedmont. The hay-roasted lamb is known to be the most authentic Piedmont dish, and people have been making their way here just to get a taste of this little parcel of authenticity.
