Restaurant Details
Be served by waitresses in kimono at an authentically decorated traditional Japanese restaurant in Fujisawa, complete with tatami mat private rooms in addition to the classic counter seats. This restaurant gets all their ingredients from local farmers and suppliers, striving to keep local pride at the very center of everything they do. As the ingredients are always fresh, the dishes in the set-course menu are constantly swapped out for different ones to suit the weather as well as the seasonal availability. While it might seem awfully daunting to dine at what seems like an old-school (but still very well-presented) restaurant, English-speaking services are offered, so you don't have to worry about language barriers ruining your experience.
