Restaurant Details
Despite being overlooked by many of the captal’s sushi fanatics, the sushi at Nojima is nothing short of excellent. Everything about this sushi restaurant is top tier. Located in Ginza, in the heart of Tokyo, the up-scale bill is a small price to pay for such quality.
As only the freshest of ingredients are used, the omakase course offered can vary any time of the week. The chef himself goes to local markets to personally pick the components for the day's menu. Guests are impressed by the eel dish, in which white eel is cooked in soup before being served, giving it a scrumptious, juicy texture.
Don't expect anything too straightforward at Nojima — here you’ll be impressed by well-calibrated and unexpected combinations that will have you talking about them for days afterwards.
