Chef Yasuyuki Takara opened this fine French restaurant in 2018, and it already holds a Michelin star! The greatest artists are those who bend and break the rules, which is exactly what chef Takara does with some innovative combinations. These include fugu blowfish served with roquefort cheese, and foie gras terrine with Japanese seasonal fruits.
