Restaurant Details
Located in Japan's second-largest city, Osaka, is one of the country’s top Italian restaurants: Ristorante Quintocanto. This restaurant showcases the regionality and tradition of Italian cuisine, beautifully arranged, with Japanese tableware and interior decor, including pottery such as Aritayaki and Kutaniyaki.
With unmatched elegance in every aspect, Ristorante Quintocanto's dishes are made from reconstructed Italian cuisine, which the chef mastered during his time in mainland Italy. Offering an 8-course menu for lunch, and an 11-course menu for dinner, the course menu renews every month to accommodate the changing seasonal produce in Japan.
However, one signature dish that appears every month is the starter: Inizio foie gras wafers with Japanese pheasant and beets. This dish represents Ristorante Quintocanto's core principle: the perfect fusion of two distant cultures.
In addition, a carefully selected range of natural wines from all over Italy is also offered to match the aroma and taste of the course dishes. From the moment you step through the door to the final moments of your visit, rest assured you're in good hands at Ristorante Quintocanto.
