This premium sushi restaurant in central Osaka prides itself on its secret house blend of red vinegar used to season their sushi rice. This serves as the bedrock upon which they build a menu — including both course and a la carte options — showcasing premium ingredients from around the country. Their seasonally-selected seafood comes from Osaka’s famous seafood markets, with fresh catches from the Seto Inland Sea and beyond.
