Staying true to its name, this restaurant in Osaka approaches Italian cuisine with a curious, inquisitive streak. Subtle experimentation is the name of the game here, with classic dishes given unique little spins by the young chef.
As a Michelin-starred restaurant, expect some outstanding dishes on their set-course menu such as handmade oxtail ravioli with sage butter, roast duck, beef steak, and pasta dishes which paint a picture of the season. Panna cotta, gelato, and coffee are offered afterwards to round off the complete Italian dining experience.
Only counter seats are available, meaning that every diner will have the chance to get some insight into the painstaking preparations behind each of the dishes of the evening.
