He picks you up at a small but idyllic train station, and on the way to his fields he also introduces you to other unique Japanese plants. My favorite part was the tasting! We brought some fresh sushi with us, and it was life-changing — real, freshly prepared wasabi by David makes all the difference. It was a very unique experience. David was very knowledgeable about the wasabi plant, but also other plants, the surroundings and local area. And tasting the real wasabi was absolutely a flavour explosion.
