They accommodated my pescatarian request beautifully. A wonderful fusion of Latin American and Japanese cuisine, with each dish carefully narrated by the staff, which made the experience even better. The interior is very sophisticated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gastronomy or fusion experience in Tokyo.

An unforgettable traditional Japanese dining experience! 🇯🇵❤️ We booked a special traditional Japanese lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! We had the entire place to ourselves, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. Everything was beautifully presented, almost like a work of art, and the flavours were simply incredible! The food, the sake, the atmosphere, the attention to detail — everything was perfect. The sweetest surprise was a traditional Japanese dessert they kindly prepared as a birthday gift for my husband. Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! A truly authentic Japanese experience that we will always remember. Highly recommended! ❤️

I really liked the food. It was a pretty nice course with a lot of different things to try. The small dishes at the beginning were a really nice start. I particularly liked the lotus root with bacon, plum and shiso. Personally, I really like the taste of plum, so it was really tasty for me. I also really liked the presentation with the seasonal autumn leaves. It looked really cute. The sashimi was fresh and tasty. I also want to mention the yuba because I hadn’t tried it before, and I really liked its texture and taste. The sushi was another thing I enjoyed. Each piece already had its own flavor, so I liked that you didn’t really need to add any soy sauce or anything else. I also tried tempura with matcha salt for the first time. I’ve eaten tempura many times before, but never with matcha salt, and I actually really liked this combination. The wagyu was really good too, especially the texture of the meat. I also really enjoyed the noodle soup at the end. The light yuzu flavor was really nice, and since I love yuzu, I personally enjoyed it a lot. I think this kind of warm soup would be especially nice during the colder season. The staff were really nice and tried to communicate with me even though they don’t really speak English. The restaurant itself is quite with around eight seats, so I think it’s more suitable for not very big groups.

Visited on a Friday @ noon, ordered the "special tempura course 'wakaba'" Ingredients were a big focus here. With every piece of tempura served, the chef mentioned where it was sourced from and recommended to eat it with either the special salt, oroshi-dashi, or a squeeze of lime. Sitting at the counter allowed me to watch him perform his craft. Every piece of tempura felt luxurious and had a light crispiness. And the Wakaba course was just right for lunch, although, I did order 3 more shrimp tempura at the end. The Uni (sea urchin) tempura was a creamy heaven in my mouth! I swear he used an entire row of uni just to make the 1 piece of tempura! I wish I took more pics of each course... I will definitely return when I'm back in Atami.

Loved our tasting menu and five Saki drinks. It was a fabulous experience. Staff and chef were great, describing and assisting on how to eat the dishes. We had so many unique bites. We enjoyed and would highly recommend if in the area or nearby town. Best overall meal start to finish that we enjoyed in Asia.

What a FUN concept! If you're planning on jumping on a sightseeing bus while in Tokyo anyway, why not enjoy it with some great sushi along the ride. I was extremely impressed by how they made this work. The sushi was made fresh downstairs and then delivered on a surprisingly secure conveyor belt along the perimeter of the bus (no flying fish!). The bus was driving relatively slow throughout Tokyo traffic and although I was sitting backwards I didn't experience any motion sickness which I normally would. The open air, beautiful sights and delicious sushi definitely helped! To top it off, the staff were welcoming and extremely enthusiastic which added another level of charm to the the whole experience. I highly recommend it especially for first-time visitors to Japan.

I had a great time on the Sushi Bus and would recommend it to both visitors and people who already know Tokyo well. The experience starts near Tokyo Station. When the weather allows, the second-floor roof opens completely, offering fresh air and a wonderful sense of openness. The bright red bus looks like a giant tuna driving through Tokyo, attracting plenty of attention. People on the street took photos and waved at us as the sushi started coming around. There are around 15 kinds of sushi. What surprised me most was the quality. I expected the novelty of eating sushi on a bus to be the main attraction, but the sushi itself was genuinely delicious. The route heads toward Asakusa, passing Kaminarimon, Tokyo Skytree, and the Asahi Beer headquarters. Even though I had seen these places before, the view from the upper deck, with sushi going around beside me, made Tokyo feel completely different. After 30 to 40 minutes, I had tried most of the sushi and was already quite full, leaving plenty of time to relax and enjoy the scenery. The full ride lasts around 70 minutes, which felt just right. I am over six feet tall, but there was plenty of headroom, and the bus was much more comfortable than expected. Riding through Tokyo on a bright red bus while enjoying conveyor-belt sushi may sound unusual at first, but it works surprisingly well. It was a fun, comfortable, and memorable way to experience Tokyo.

First time ever experiencing sushi on a bus! This is definitely for anyone looking to explore a new way into what Tokyo has to offer. You get to sightsee Tokyo’s beautiful iconic locations while enjoying fresh sushi served right by you on a conveyor belt! The energy is lively, and the staff are incredibly welcoming from start to finish. The sushi is all-you-can-eat, with a drink included, all while the change of scenery complements your dining experience. It was truly refreshing!
