Established in 2015 near Kappabashi, Tokyo’s “Kitchen Town,” this studio offers a space for learning about Japanese gastronomy in English, with an emphasis on Japanese tea. They wish to convey the many ways of enjoying tea, which is central to the Japanese lifestyle and culture. Courses on Japanese sweets, sake, and cooking are also offered.
