At the end of the course, you’ll receive a recipe booklet with all the preparations so you can recreate the dishes at home, sharing the taste and spirit of Italy with your loved ones.

What You’ll Experience

In the summer, you’ll create bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella—a timeless classic that captures the essence of the Mediterranean. With ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. The chef will share tips to maximize these ingredients, turning a simple dish into an unforgettable taste experience. The heart of the course is dedicated to making fresh pasta, one of the most authentic expressions of Italian culinary tradition. Guided by the chef, you’ll learn to craft ravioli and tagliatelle from scratch, discovering how to balance ingredients for a perfect dough. You’ll also experiment with creating seasonal fillings and sauces, such as fresh tomato sauce in summer or richer, creamier options during winter. Each dish will be a celebration of the authenticity and variety of Italian cuisine. No course would be complete without a sweet finale: classic tiramisu. Made with mascarpone, ladyfingers, and coffee, this iconic dessert will be taught step by step, revealing secrets for achieving a fluffy cream and a perfect balance of flavors. Every bite of your homemade tiramisu will be a true delight to impress your friends and family.
