After your hard work in the kitchen, it's time to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Gathered around the table, you'll savor the pizza and tiramisu you've crafted, allowing you to experience firsthand the beauty of authentic Italian flavors. This tasting session is an opportunity not only to enjoy the dishes you've prepared but also to connect with others, sharing stories and experiences in a warm, convivial setting.

To complement your meal, we provide a selection of local wines, each carefully chosen to enhance the flavors of your pizza and dessert. This immersive culinary experience will leave you with a deeper appreciation for Italian food and the satisfaction of having created it yourself. At the end of the course, every participant will receive a certificate of participation, signed by our Italian chefs as a reminder of your time with us. It's a keepsake of your Italian culinary journey and the skills you've gained along the way.

What You’ll Experience

Crafting Pizza: An Art Passed Down Through Generations The course begins with the preparation of the pizza dough, a fundamental part of Italian cuisine. Our chefs, with years of experience and passion for culinary traditions, will guide you through each step, sharing tips and techniques passed down from generation to generation. You'll work with high-quality ingredients to create the dough by hand, learning how to stretch and top it to perfection. As you work, our chefs will explain the importance of using fresh and seasonal ingredients and how they contribute to the rich flavors and textures that make Italian pizza loved around the world. This part of the course provides you with a true hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of what makes Italian cooking so special. Once your pizza is prepared, it's time to shift gears and dive into the dessert course—tiramisu. This iconic Italian dessert, known for its creamy layers and delicate flavors, is a delight to create and even more enjoyable to taste. Our chefs will guide you through each step of the process, from preparing the rich mascarpone cream to layering it with coffee-soaked biscuits.
