Enter a hidden corner of the most authentic Sicily, among centuries-old olive trees, lemon scents and golden light. At the Azienda Agricola Oliva, we will welcome you to our estate, cared for with love and craftsmanship, where oil is not just a product: it is culture, slowness, elegance.
The experience begins with a walk among organic olive trees and lemons in bloom. You will discover the techniques of sustainable cultivation and the history of our territory. You will visit the boutique oil mill, an essential and well-kept environment, where we will show you the artisan process of oil extraction.
This will be followed by a guided tasting of several award-winning organic EVO oils, paired with fresh bread and seasonal products. Each taste is a journey through different scents, textures and flavors.
This is a private, welcoming and tailor-made experience, in a rural-chic setting, designed for those seeking the true soul of Sicily through taste, nature and discreet elegance.
