Experience 4 superb Pommery champagnes with a magical Christmas dinner at Aux Bacchanales, a Parisian-style restaurant in Tokyo. The dining experience takes place in a private room, furnished in a sophisticated manner reminiscent of a luxurious French brasserie. The champagne blends reflect the spirit of each of the four seasons and are thoughtfully paired with each course. He was born in the Roussillon wine region in southern France. He has worked as a wine advisor for the Château Nadal Hainaut in France and as a wine merchant and consultant in Taiwan and Singapore. As a wine ambassador in Japan, Frédéric shares his expertise on the wine from the Roussillon wine region as well as his knowledge about wine from various regions in France and abroad. His accomplishments include: -2nd place (2014) & winner (2012) of Dionysiades wine tasting contest in France -Diploma WSET candidate in Tokyo (level 3) -Certified Specialist of Wine from Society of Wine Educators -FWS (French Wine Scholar) Program Instructor -Guide Hachette Judge for wines from the south of France SCHEDULE - Saturday, Dec. 19 6:15PM - Welcome guests & aperitif 6:30-7PM - Burgundy wine presentation 7-9:30PM - Dinner time 9:45PM - End 10PM - Doors close
