Enjoy premium New Zealand wines from the country’s pioneering winemakers and growers at the New Zealand Wine Dinner, which will be hosted by the Tokyo American Club on January 29, 2021. Spy Valley wines, which have been named among “the planet’s 20 most notable new producers,” will be introduced at the dinner. Their modern fully integrated winemaking facility and their passion for excellence guarantee that they consistently produce globally acclaimed award winning wines.

ABOUT THE SOMMELIER
Frédéric Cayuela is a wine educator in Japan. He was born in the Roussillon wine region in southern France. He has worked as a wine advisor for the Château Nadal Hainaut in France and as a wine merchant and consultant in Taiwan and Singapore.
As a wine ambassador in Japan, Frédéric shares his expertise on the wine from the Roussillon wine region as well as his knowledge about wine from various regions in France and abroad.
