Philippe is a wine expert from Brittany, a historic province in France’s northwest, where he developed an appreciation for fine products. Having experience at a vineyard and winery in the Loire Valley, he learned the craft of winemaking, and after working in retail, education, and import-export fields across 4 countries, he became fascinated with the art of wine pairings.
