You’ll be guided through using traditional tools like menbou and noodle-making bowls by experienced chefs in a stylish cottage setting. This cooking class and meal experience include a chance to learn how to make your own traditional Japanese noodles and then enjoy them in a hot-pot meal with fresh ingredients.
