At 2am, trucks ferrying seafood from Kinko Bay and other areas of the country bring the seafood to wholesalers. Just a few hours later, the products are carried, sorted, priced, and ready for purchase by supermarket and fish store owners before dawn. It is at this exciting moment, early in the morning, when you'll jump right into the heart of the action and your tour will start.
The auction site and the wholesale area are located near each other, so if you are lucky, you might even see wholesalers cutting big chunks of tuna fish during the tour. After the experience, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared with the day's catch. Your host will recommend the best restaurants and give you tips on how to find the freshest seafood.
