During this immersive coffee adventure, you’ll step into Sri Lanka’s very first Coffee Trail, surrounded by lush plantations and the captivating aroma of Ceylon coffee. Your guide will introduce you to the fascinating history and process of coffee cultivation as you visit a thriving coffee nursery and walk scenic forest trails. Depending on the experience you choose, you might enjoy a short 500m hike to Jungle Rock or the full 1.5km trail, relax with a picnic and fresh coffee, tour a working processing and roasting center, or even plant your own coffee tree. Each option ends with the rich flavors of freshly brewed, homegrown coffee—making it a perfect outing for nature lovers, coffee enthusiasts, and curious explorers.

A wonderful and enriching experience!

We absolutely loved the Coffee Heritage Trail at Tree of Life! It was such a unique experience to learn how coffee is grown and processed while being surrounded by lush greenery and fresh mountain air. The team was so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do, they explained every step with great enthusiasm and care. The walk through the plantation was relaxing and educational, and ending the trail with a freshly brewed cup of coffee made from their own beans was just perfect....read more
