As you enter the kitchen arena, you’ll be greeted by your knowledgeable hosts. Settle in, apron up, and let the cooking games begin! You’ll learn how to make 13 (yes, 13) types of sushi, tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), and a clear broth soup. As part of this experience, you’ll learn the ins and outs of sushi-making. From ingredients and flavor combinations to cooking techniques and tools, master it all with confidence alongside professional chefs. Your instructor will also give you a lesson in how to use Japanese seasonings and ingredients, along with pantry essentials so you can recreate these meals at home. This class can be conducted from your accommodation (upon request) or at the private kitchen location.
