Enjoy a hands-on dairy-free cooking class in Sicily with this small-group, 4-course experience hosted through Cozymeal. Located in scenic Taormina, this intimate workshop (max 8 guests) celebrates Sicilian traditions through plant-forward cooking paired with Prosecco and wine.

- First course: Anchovy bruschetta — marinated fillets topped with mint and red onion

- Second course: Maccheroni Aeolian-style — handmade pasta cooked in a sauce of tuna, capers, olives and tomato

- Third course: Grilled aubergine and courgette — seasoned with garlic and Sicilian oregano

- Dessert: Seasonal fruit salad — finished with a light fruit coulis
