- First course: Caponata — rustic Sicilian mix of pumpkin, peppers and celery with vinegar

- Second course: Egg-free maccheroni — handmade pasta paired with seasonal vegetable ratatouille including tomatoes, broccoli and asparagus

- Dessert: Marsala-poached pears — served with light pear granita
