Overall 5/5 stars: great chef, food, wine and ambience.

This class was an absolute highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, our chef's warmth and passion for Sicilian cuisine were evident. She guided us through every step, making it easy to follow while sharing fascinating insights about the local ingredients and culinary traditions. The chef gave us great tips, the venue had amazing views and we ended up preparing several delicious vegetarian dishes. All of this was accompanied by some delicious Italian wine. Highly recommended!
