Ein superschöner Kochkurs in einer offenen Küche!

Der Kochkurs war super schön! Wir haben in einer offenen Küche zusammen mit Janaka und seiner Frau gekocht. Er hat auf Englisch übersetzt. Man muss kein perfektes Englisch können um folgen zu können. Janaka erklärt jeden einzelnen Schritt, was die Unterschiede in den Gewürzen und z.B. in den unterschiedlichen Arten der Kokosmilch sind.
