Upon arrival, you’ll wash your hands, put on an apron, and get ready. First, test your knowledge with a fun tea quiz! Then, using a cheat sheet and guided materials, you’ll explore different types of Japanese tea, including matcha, and learn about their unique flavors.
Next comes the highlight—tea and food pairing! You'll taste three expertly crafted Japanese dishes, specially designed by a fermentation food specialist, paired with seven freshly brewed teas. Each tea is carefully selected by a Washoku expert, featuring premium varieties from Japan’s top three tea-producing regions.
