Experience Details
Have you ever wondered what a Japanese dinner party is like? Consider this your invitation! Join Yoichi and his wife for an intimate home-style dinner with a stunning view of Tokyo Tower.
Meet your hosts and start with a brief introduction and overview of the evening’s menu. Yoichi, a seasoned globetrotter who has visited over 150 cities worldwide, loves sharing his insights about Japanese culture and travel. His wife, trained at a French culinary school in Tokyo, is passionate about cooking and hosting. Together, they create a warm, relaxed atmosphere where you can feel at home.
This experience is more like a Japanese dinner party than a formal cooking class. Yoichi and his wife will prepare the dishes using familiar ingredients you can find back home.
You can join in the cooking, ask questions, or simply watch and enjoy the lively conversation as the meal comes together. If the weather is nice, you can even dine on the terrace with Tokyo Tower sparkling nearby.
When it’s time to eat, savor a Japanese meal of two appetizers, a main dish, and dessert. Sample dishes include agedashi tofu, miso-glazed eggplant, simmered pumpkin, chicken kara-age, oyako-don, okonomiyaki, or ginger-grilled pork. Dessert is a surprise treat that satisfies your sweet tooth.
This experience combines food, culture, and conversation, offering a memorable glimpse into Japanese home cooking and hospitality.
