The class begins with a clear introduction to the basics of sushi. You will learn about different sushi styles, key ingredients, and preparation tips, then move on to making sushi from scratch. The lesson is taught in English, so everything is easy to follow, even if it’s your first time cooking Japanese food. All ingredients and tools are provided, letting you focus fully on learning and enjoying the process.
Once your sushi is ready, you can sit down and enjoy the meal you’ve made. Experience Location
An area of the Shinjuku district in central Tokyo, Shinanomachi is located 3 stops from the bustling hub of Shinjuku and just one stop from the offices of Yotsuya on the Chuo-Sobu Line. The Shinanomachi area is surrounded by the open parks of Shinjuku Gyoen, the grand Akasaka Palace (one of two luxurious state guest houses for the Japanese Government), and Meiji Jingu Gaien, which is the outer park of Meiji Shrine that’s also home to a number of sports facilities as well as Meiji Jingu stadium. There are also a number of unusual museums and local university campuses in the Shinanomachi area.
