Experience Details

Step into a sunlit kitchen in San Gimignano and begin by preparing tagliatelle using flour, eggs and olive oil. Then, roll thick, rustic pici pasta by hand — a shape that originated in nearby Siena. Finally, craft delicate ravioli from scratch, filled with creamy ricotta and spinach and seasoned with nutmeg.


Top each pasta with rich tomato sauce and enjoy your three-course meal in an intimate setting. With guidance from your local chef, you’ll learn traditional Tuscan techniques to bring home and recreate the flavors of Italy.
