What a fantastic experience! Not only did the sushi we made look good, but the flavor was delicious! So amazing, thank you to our host Haime who went above and beyond. This vegan option for those who follow the diet, don’t eat raw fish, or want to learn a different way have to try. He went above and beyond to explain everything and invited us to dine in their restaurant for dinner, including making us a vegan dinner.
