Osaka Sukiyaki Restaurants

Doozono was a tremendous experience! First and foremost I was welcomed with honor and respect-many traditional Japanese restaurants can be apprehensive about foreigners-Doozono embraced my culinary curiosity with open arms. The restaurant was cozy and had lovely decor-it was the kind of place you could hang out at all night just nibbling, drinking, and watching the restaurant operate. The hostess (she may have been the owner) gracefully slid through the t re tanner helping the guests, but in particular she made sure I was engaged and she explained all of the food menu items to me expertly and passionately. Now to the most important part…the food. This was a once in a lifetime culinary foray into the rich and storied history of whale and the numerous ways it can be deliciously prepared. I adored every bite; the food was exceptionally flexors and each whale dish was expertly prepared with attention and poise. I could tell that this restaurant was carefully managed and that its success came from holistically doing all of the little things right. This was an experience I will remember forever-if you have a chance and liken yourself to be an adventurous foodie, Doozono will put you into the ultimate sweet spot for a dining experience to celebrate your time in Osaka with. I can’t wait to come back again!

As usual, it is very nice and good to eat there, the service and price as well as the food quality always remain top quality.

Foods were amazing delicious. Everyone was very friendly. Atmosphere was great!
